Listen everyday for the most benefit – preferably last thing at night before going to sleep. Some people enjoy using it at the end of a busy day at work to switch off and enjoy their evening time in a more relaxed state. I encourage you to experiment with what works best for you.

This is an advanced track I recommend to clients who have had at least 6 sessions of hypnotherapy with me. This meditation practice will help you to focus on the present instead of time travelling to the future or the past. This is best done in the morning before your day truly begins and you will be more mindful throughout the day because of it.
