What can hypnosis therapy help with?
Hypnosis combined with talking therapy is a quick and highly effective approach to treating a wide range of issues, which can be categorised into 4 key areas:

What happens in the consultation?
The consultation is an opportunity for us to meet each other and discuss what you are seeking help with. We will talk in detail about what you would like to achieve throughout the sessions. You’ll receive a user manual for your mind to take home with you. Once you have this information, you have the answer to your problem.
How are subsequent sessions structured?
The first half is talking therapy – I’ll give you the tools and knowledge to change your life in the way you wish. The second half is hypnosis to consolidate and enhance any learnings from the session. These changes can have a permanent impact if you are committed to the process of change.
Is it safe?
Hypnosis is a safe and very powerful tool which can be used to break negative thought patterns. Trance is a common daily occurrence for everyone. We have all experienced the acute focus you can achieve when you are absorbed in a good book, watching a film or simply daydreaming. Hypnosis replicates this same deep state of concentration. In this state, your subconscious mind is more open and receptive to suggestions and new ways of doing things.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions will depend on individual needs and this can be discussed at the consultation.
Will I be able to go into hypnosis?
Yes! We are all different and therefore will experience hypnosis in different ways but rest assured that everybody can do it. Here’s a simple test for you – can you imagine the face of someone you know when they are not with you? Great, that is hypnosis – simply using your powerful imagination. We all have one we just need to learn to use it in positive ways instead of negative ones. It is a totally natural, enjoyable and highly beneficial experience.
